Fernanda Cardoso’s impressive credentials are well worthy of her clients’ trust. With over a decade of real estate experience and a Bachelor of Laws earned in her native Brazil, she ably handles the complexities of any transaction.

But even more importantly, Fernanda has empathy and cultural awareness firmly rooted in her life experience. Having adapted to a new country and its customs, norms, and languages enables her to help others do the same. That and her fluency in Portuguese, as well as Spanish and English, help her truly understand her clients and keep them informed every step of the way. Faith, honesty, and ethics are core values that guide her personally and professionally.

And she is a go-getter: Her motivation, energy, and creativity produce positive outcomes and exceptional results year after year. Fernanda has truly made herself at home here, reveling in the region and becoming a civic booster of Tampa Bay’s various communities. Fernanda values the connections she’s formed in the region — from Orlando and Miami to Tampa — and the vibrancy of Tampa itself. Living in a law-enforcement household, Fernanda understands firsthand the commitment and contribution our service members and their families make. She wants service members to know how much they are appreciated, and she will do everything possible to best represent them. Fernanda understands the process and procedures involved in a military or federal government relocation and feels it’s her job to know how these procedures impact housing options. She guides service members through their real estate transaction using various tools and strategies coupled with the services provided for them during their change of duty station.

Away from work, Fernanda pursues her passions for interior design and photography. Her personal motto is, “The key is balance and love.” As such, she participates in faith-based missions in and around her community. “The best way to take care of something is to leave it in a better place than you found it,” she says.
